I paint with acrylics on watercolor paper, using the process of layering the paint and scratching back to reveal unique colors and textures in my paintings.
 
Young Gibbon - a painting done fro the rainforest series.. I chose to paint a gibbon after a special memory I had from our travels.  While trekking in Northen Thialand we came upon a guest house, the owner, a French women was fostering a baby gibben she had rescued from poachers.  In the morning I got to play with him after his breakfast.
